By accessing or using XAUalerts("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

XAUalerts provides AI-generated trade plans and trade map images as execution intelligence only. The Service does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription Access

Free users receive one generation per day (UTC). An active annual subscription ($99/month) provides unlimited access to full trade plan generation and trade map rendering. Access activates upon payment confirmation. Terms and pricing are displayed at checkout.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the Service, attempt to circumvent membership requirements, or upload content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

XAUalertsis provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any trading losses or damages arising from use of the Service.
